Anil is an action driven therapist who utilizes research based modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) to help his clients heal and get what they want. Anil has experience working with individuals, veterans, families, and couples to get relief from trauma, anxiety, lack of motivation, depression, and relationship issues.

As a first generation Indian American, Anil has had the opportunity to have personally experienced cultural differences, different relationship dynamics, and healthy boundaries. His culture and life experience have created a strong foundation in his sense of family, compassion, and respect. Anil is ready to help you find the tools, skills, and strategies that are true to you and will allow you to live a full life.
